Our professional team came under one roof to reach a common goal. That goal is to provide you with the opportunity to have all your health needs managed in one location. We have a holistic team led by our Medical Director and Functional Medicine Bariatrician Dr. Peets Talbot. Our other professionals have a large knowledge base in nutrition, exercise and behavior therapy. Our team will work together to help you reach and maintain your optimal health. In addition to the nutrition, behavior and exercise support, we have launched our holistic nutrition program and have an exercise area specifically designed for your comfort.

Our meal replacement program is a supervised nutritionally balanced prescription meal replacement. Our Medical Director and Bariatrician Dr. Peets Talbot will offer this program to those who fit the medical criteria. Weight loss ranges from 2-4lbs per week, to 3-5 lbs per week depending if the client is using full or partial meal replacement. The meal replacements can be used in conjunction with our weight loss programs.

Our Philosophy:

We are invested in not only helping you obtain your optimal health but maintaining it as well. Therefore, we offer a 12-month program. Studies show that if you maintain your optimal weight for 2 years you are least likely to regain weight.  

Our Fit For Life Programs:

Once you have been referred to our program, you will have a complimentary consultation with our program coordinator, Erin Smith. An initial consult with Erin will help us determine your readiness to start one of our programs. Participants in the Fit for Life Programs will improve their energy, decrease their dependence on pharmaceutical medications and can lose an average of 10-20% of their weight and KEEP IT OFF. Many will lose much more!

There are 4 main programs:

  1. Fit on the Go

    Mobile coaching utilizing a food journaling platform.

  2. Fit for You

This is designed for adults seeking individual one-on-one sessions. The chronic disease management program is customized to their specific medical, nutritional, behavioral and physical needs. Meetings take place with each health care professional at weekly, biweekly then monthly sessions.

  1. Fit Families

This unique program is for families with children who are overweight or at-risk for being overweight that have an interest in a family-centered solution. For example: children with a BMI ≥ 85th percentile for their age.

  1. Fit Together

This is a small group based learning  that provides support, camaraderie and a more affordable weight loss option. It was also designed for companies who are interested in wellness solutions for their employees. One hour sessions are weekly, biweekly then monthly and take place in our fully equipped gym, kitchen & large boardroom. Learn how to prepare healthy low carb recipes and take home valuable resources.
